The first, Construction Kit 1, is a creative project focused on a straight beat genre and real-time performance techniques, and must be performed in your Lab with both the APC40II Performance Controller and the MPK61 MIDI Keyboard Controller.
The second, Construction Kit 2, is a creative project focused on a broken beat genre and real-time performance techniques, and again, must be performed in your Lab with both the APC40II Performance Controller and the MPK61 MIDI Keyboard Controller.
Both Construction Kits must be designed and implemented in Ableton Live/Suite 9.5.
